I just wanted Shrapnel Games to know that I find their use of sacrificicla virgins in their games to be offensive. How dare they condone, or even condone a simulation of the sacrifice of such a pure and noble entity as the virgin? Did not the lord say "Thou shalt not murder?" Yet murdering blood virgins is exactly what the entire school of blood magic is about! This brings to mind the terrible and pagan rites of Magic in which entire armies of righteous christian babies were sacrificed by Wiccans, Jews, and Ba'al worshippers in 300 BC. Such heathen practices as these are anathema to the moral fiber of today's society! Consequentely, I will no longer be purchasing another copy of Dominions 3! You can count me out!

Technically speaking, "thou shalt not murder" applies to all of humanity, apart the various heretics, witches, unbelievers, or anything not having the right number of limbs.
I'm still wondering if I should burn humanoid extraterrestrials if I one day see one.
But, frankly, in our times of over population, and disminishing natural resources, we can wonder if the ancients did sacrifice enougth virgins.

What a hilarious and biting parody. Suddenly my viewpoint is changed entirely. I've also gained a new appreciation of just how clever it is to say the opposite of what you believe. I shall call this new high form of wit irony, because by doing so I negate all objections to it and can act as if people of opposing views are stupid and ignorant. Yay.

TBH, Sombre, I thought that the idea of complaining over simulated slaughter of bloodslaves was a funny idea. I honestly don't care all that much about the big ad issue. I posted once on that thread, and deleted it when I realized that it wasn't something I really cared about- if someone feels that the ads are indicative of immorality, that is their business, not mine. But you can attach far more devious motives to me if you want, though I am honestly sorry if this post really did offend anyone.

Well, depends on how old the virgin is when you take her...

If virgins are 50 year old of cuorse it won't have an effect, but if you take half of the 15 to 18 year old in a country for a blood sacrifice or two, it's due to have a significant effect on the growth of that country.

There's a slight problem at sacrifing the virgins to control overpopulation. To quote a famous filk song:
