[italian oob] a couple of considerations

A member of NWI (Sicut Leones) noted the following things:

1) In the italian oob we can find the AS-42 “Sahariana” since 1939, but this vehicle should appear in the 1942.

2) In 1940, Granatieri squads can use the M1 Garand as primary weapon.
AFAIK, this rifle is in the regular Italian Army only after the WWII (anyway not before 1945).

OK. I'll put that on the list to check. I think the problem with the Granatieri (U293) is it's start date should be 1/46 not 6/38. There's already a Granatieri similar to it in U300 with a 6/39 start date
