SUB FOUND NEVERMIND Substitute needed for Mistletoe - Gath, not the greatest position

The nation is stable and has never been in a major war. But it's also never grown very much, and some of its rival nations are large. Score graphs are off, so I don't know what exactly it's been doing. You'd be stepping into a mystery!

The game is LA, with pretty slow turns. It's on turn 60 right now.

A substitute has been found.
