wind guide is the same as aim, just for everyone. they do not stack

The bonus precision spells don't stack with each other; they do stack with items, experience, passive air magic bonus, weapon/spell precision bonus, and heroic attributes - all of which stack with each other fully as well. |

aim is cumulative with an eye of aiming, but i believe that's it. (Wind Guide and Eagles Eyes also stack with Eye of Aiming).
