Seeking PBEM

I'm looking for a SE4 PBEM. I played the shareware Version of SE2 and SE3 for years and am now playing SE4. I love it! Enough raving. I've played PBEM with a friend at work but would like to branch out and play with other people, specifically one with SEVERAL other people. I don't have any mods, but I have added several races.

Play By Web.. MUCH preferable to PBEM, in my opinion. Works essentially the same way, except the PBW server does all the hosting work, allows people to take over easily for dropped empires, automaticlly sends out the turn notices, and can automaticlly run turns every 24/48/whatever hours, or when the Last player uploads their turn.

Great system.
