WW3: Vistula Crossing
After a longer break - fourth scenario from WW3 series. This one allows to use some better Polish tools in rather hard scenario. I will then switch to other countries.
In "World War 3" series I will take a look at possible Russian 2020 invasion of Europe. Europe is currently ill-prepared for any kind of war, what could give Russians an edge if they will keep upgrading as they do. Many of those scenarios will have special victory conditions relying on casualties you take.
And all of them will involve only real life units recreated after as detailed OOBs as I can.
Polish 34th Armoured Cavalry Brigade, equipped with modern (but also obsolete) tanks creates a bridgehead over Vistula river in order to allow Polish counterattack to happen. US Forces support their allies with engineers and air support.
It is only a moments later when they find out Russian are on the way towards the bridgehead, intending to actually capture it and use NATO-lied crossings to get their forces on the other side.
And so chaotic meeting engagement develops. Good luck and have fun!
