New race error

Just updated TDM-Modpack and then updated several of the Star Trek races with newer files posted by Atrocities. Then I tried to start a new game. As I scroll through the race portraits while Adding a new race I got the following error after going past several races : Cannot open file Games\Space empires iv gold\tdm-modpack\pictures\races\dsgnname\dsgnname_race_port rait.bmp

This happened several times. I do not have that problem when using unmodded SEIVG, where I have done the same Star Trek updates. What have I messed up?

It means that offending folder in pictures/races is empty - there is no _race_portrait.bmp in that folder at least. Check again where are your downloaded races !

Looks like one of the .zips got the wrong folder structure. It placed the 'dsgnname' folder to the races directory. Now the game is looking for a race that is called 'dsgnname', of course there aren't any pics for that

. Move the files in that folder to ...\tdm-modpack\dsgnname and delete that trouble-making folder.
