great stuff. I like the way you've kept a common theme and style throughout while retaining individuality. 'm also impressed by how willing you are to respond to feedback.

Very nice avatars. I like the way you just don't slap an image on a cool background, but actually work the image in.

If I can find some frames of my little friend to the left gradually raising the bazoka to his eye, I'd like to send them to you so you can make an animated avatar.

Unfortunately, all I have is a real media Version of that episode, and I don't know how to get it to capture frames.

From realmedia... not easily. Real don't like other ppl messing around with their file format, so unless they have some tool of their own for sale (I very much doubt they'd release it for free) you'll have to find some other media.
