AI diplomacy
Why an AI in military alliance would drop to murderous in a matter of turns? Can they react to being friendly toward one of their enemy?
What motivate an AI to break a treaty, if you dont infringe in its territory? Same reason as 1), if you are friendly toward their enemy?
How to make peace? You ask for the lowest level of treaty (non intercourse) ?
Feel free to explain what dictate the AI diplomacy

Re: AI diplomacy
AI diplomacy depends on a number of factors that are specified in their anger file.
Most AIs don't like having your ships in their space, colonizing planets in their 'claimed' territory, refusing demands/treaties/etc.
In your case, it sounds like you might be MEE (Mega Evil Empire) which means you are far ahead of the other races in terms of score, so they band up together to defeat you. You can adjust the thresholds and turn on/off the mega evil options in settings.txt file in the data directory.

Re: AI diplomacy
ok, there is so many variables that the system is chaotic. I'm not MEE, far from that. I'm playing the AST mod as the Romulans, and I'm just a middle of the road power. The 8472 which are slightly less powerful than me, and the UCP which is a bit more strong than me went to murderous in a matter of turns, and I'm both in MA with them. Nothing really changed in these turns, there is still many things that should piss them off, but not more than before.
Things which surely displease them:
I'm allied with both and they are at war against each other.
i have planets in their territories.
But as said, it was like that for 30+ turns. So why the situation deteriorate suddenly? I like to understand if there is some logic behind that, or if it is just a matter of 'failed dice roll'...

Re: AI diplomacy
if its a custom race all is possible
for example i tweaked my own races to realy get pissed off on enemy ships in systems etc.
edit: Besides AI diplomacy is not too well done in SE4
