Default How many is too many

How many games is too many. Please indicate how many PBW games you are in, the most you have been in at one time, and how many you are comfortable with.

The REAL question is...
Did you have to CHECK at PBW because you lost count!

I rarely spent more than 1.5 hours in a day on PBW turns when I was at 26 games... Of course, most were 48 hours or more, so the number of turns to play in a day was usually only around 8 or so.

And there are several other people I know of that play that many games... such as Tesco.

yea i play alot of games....

It was really hard this summer keeping up with them as RLI was kicking hard.

But some how I kept up and only ticked off a few people

THe hard part i find is remembering what is going on.

As you see system names that are common in games . and in one game your friends with some one and in another your killing each other. Gets confusing sometimes.

Yes. I was the one who declared war on a player in the wrong game. thinking it was another game.

Hehe. One week I declared war on Nodachi in 4 games

Where or where did Nodachi go ?

I do notice patterns in games.

IF Andre and I are in a game. We start side by side. This has been going on for a few years.

Fyron gets really good starts and I get horrible starts.

Ed is a tricky player to play against.

Geo will always have something up his sleave.

Primative comes at you like a hammer.

Georgig follows up with the anvil.

If gandalph creates the game. I will join as he runs the best games on the site for bizarre situations.

And if Geo ever creates Dim3x I will go over the limit of playable games.

I wish i signed up for Hate Game. But I was too busy at the time.

I just guessed at the Last one -- turns out it all my answers were typical. I could play a dozen games, but when consider a dialup ISP may be slow, you work late, want to be out all weekend, even one can be a burden.

I find that when the diplomacy aspects are more interesting, the game turns take more time. Otherwise, the time per turn doesn't need to be that long...Greybeard

Sorry, man. It was looking a little too busy with the current scaling. I wanted more options, but I was worried it would get too cumbersome and people wouldn't answer them all.

Considering over thirty people have answered this one, I probably could have got more resolution.

Next time, Gadget, next time.
