Re: Question re Map editor and Planet Pak 1.9
Secttype.txt affects a map greatly since it is responsible for corresponding the planet/star/warp point with its picture.

Re: Question re Map editor and Planet Pak 1.9
I don't know what your problem is. I can load and play the map with the Star Trek Mod that I have installed. I can also edit it in the map editor.
It seems like some of your mod files are incorrect and that's what causing the problem.
I was using Star Trek Mod 1.2.0 and PlanetPak 1.8 - what Version of the Trek Mod where you using?

I'm using trek mod 1.2.5 and planet pak 1.9.
Man things are just going from bad to worse here. my map looks ok now in unmodded so I decided to load the planet pack again. Now when I load the Trek map that comes with the mod none of the new images show up! I'm at the point were I want to reinstall the game. Now if I could just find the damn CD.

Re: Question re Map editor and Planet Pak 1.9
If you are loading the trek map into the map editor then you need to make sure that you're launching it from the mod launcher with the Star Trek mod chosen - or set path.txt to the star trek mod. The map editor will use whatever the path.txt and those data files, just like the game...
Another possible solution is that Atrocities may have included an incorrect secttype file...?

Re: Question re Map editor and Planet Pak 1.9
Ok, the problem is that Atrocities secttype file is not correct from the previous Version of his Star Trek Mod. It seems that he overwrote this file in his 'master' directory when making some changes. The file is all messed up compared to the one that you made your map with. It's missing numerous entries that are in the previous Version.
I did duplicate what you are experiencing. E-mail Atrocities about this problem, so he can restore the at least the 1.2.0 secttype.txt file.
