FULL tech;
Medium-sized galaxy (around 100 systems);
No intel;
No events;
No warp openers or closers (gentleman's agreement);
Both members of a team take same atmosphere;
Map and starting points using one of Tesco's new maps and starting points set by Tesco (starting points to be beside each team member...2 here and 2 over there...hehe);
No Talisman (Religious);
ZERO racial points;
48 hour turn around time...set on automatic till such time as a player asks for an "intermission".

I've taken a look at the Tesco map, and have also created a standard 'Mid-life' (99 systems, 833 planets) map and added the starting points to both.
Let me know which one you prefer, and once I receive the empire files, I'll finish setting it up.

Email, trade passwords...up to you. Since there is no way to stop it if players want to do it, I see no point in trying.
I suspect I'll have my empire up tonight. Have to get it tweaked...hard to get my organic race with ZERO points to start with!

Re: Rated Challenges Thread
Hi All,
If anybody would like to beat up on a newby I would like to get another rated game going. Either a 1 vs 1 or a team game if enough players are interested.

G'day Fire.
I've got time for another game since my other games have slowed down. Since you suggested the game, any settings you want.

Re: Rated Challenges Thread
Hi Baron Grazic,
I was thinking a game with no events or intelligence for starters. The rest of the game setting are wide open, so if you have any favorite settings bring them up. Here is my e mail address if you want to set the game up off the forum:

Re: Rated Challenges Thread
Sorry, can't access my email at the moment.
How about we try a Geo's Balanced map (I haven't used one before).
3 Large Planet Start, 2000 point Empire.
No Intel, Events, Ancient Race or Religous.
Otherwise standard Koth settings.
Or anything else you want.
