Geo - file size limit on PBW for mods?
Is there a filesize limit to the .zip files you upload to PBW (for mods, shipsets, etc)?

Yes. I do not recall what it is though. 5 MB maybe? Nah, that can't be it... or maybe they have changed it relatively recently...

I know that CNC ran into an issue with the file size limitation for game files. Once PBW went back up he tried to move the Star Trek Final Frontier II game back from the alternate site to PBW and could not because he could not upload the Game file because PBW would not accept it saying it was to big. That was what he put in his email any how.
Oh BTW, that game has offically ended. SSFF2 is over with the vile Cardassians / Electrum alliance narrowally winning over the Starwolf / Gorn alliance.
Players rankings:

What about for files in the file library? Those can certainly be larger than 1 MB.

I can believe that. It's in the code somewhere, but I don't know exactly where. 10Mb sounds right though.

Use WinRar ( www.rarlabs.com) to make your archives so that they will be smaller.  |
