I can export the models in DFX or X format and then run them through another program and hopefully bring the polygon count down. I have not done it yet, but it is an option.
I can also simply the models and make them low poly as possible.

Nice, but maybe change the big images to something other then .bmp so they don't take quite so freaking long to load.
