You can only reach OUT to 8080? I can see where they would have you blocked to only RUNNING 8080 but if you cant go out to ports other than 8080 then you couldnt reach most web pages (including this one), or do mail, or do newsGroups.
Or are they making you go to a proxy menu that runs on 8080? I dont see how that would work either
