Interface Improvements Thread

Let's keep these simple to implement, and as free from opinion as we can be, so that Illwinter can take a clear mandate from us.

I'd like:

--Dominion Strength noted on the F1 screen.
--Supply Usage listed by Commander, next to the # of Troops commanded
--Preachers who are Preaching in a province where they are at maximum Dominion effect added to the N cycle list (with Defend, etc.)
--Cast Ritual Monthly added to the Action droplist (this may be a bug anyway)

Thanks for the bump, especially since that thread is still not Stickied.

But I wanted a sharp, clear list of interface improvements (only) for the Devs, not philosophical gameplay suggestions like that thread devolved into. (That's very interesting, and the reason I come here, but not a simple task/request list for the devs.)
