Default Tactic: Last of the Tuatha vs. tramplers?

I am playing Man/Last of the Tuatha and love the fact that my blessed units are so hard to hit. But, when I'm faced with tramplers, my people just get squished. I don't have any big units to counter the tramplers. Any advice on how I can adapt to this threat?

You could try and move your troops to far back and use longbows and lightning bolts to do as much damage as possible before the tramplers get in range. Could even try a fire and flee (either with fnf command or by having the commander ordered to retreat - ex. lightning bolt, lightning bolt, lightning bolt, retreat). Keep your troops away from them;0

In addition to summons, you have longbows you can set to fire at large, add wind guide and (if you can get a fire3 mage somehow, which is difficult unless it's your pretender) flaming arrows, and they'll hopefully break before they reach you assuming your troops are set in the back. This will also benefit your daoine sidhe who should get at least one round of windguided hopefully flaming javelins in before anything hits them.

And combat magic of course; false fetters will slow them down long enough to be arrowed to death (though determining when to script it is a pain, usually 4th or 5th spell if I'm in back, and the AI never seems to cast it if it's not told to); and the various lightning spells will generally do the job just fine.
