Default Trample Question.

I've read somewhere that trampling units, trample and AFTER they attack as usual.

Someone told me a trampling unit tramples and stops there without attacking.

I've seen that trampling units have weapons, often, but well, they can be useful if you face an enemy of your size if not bigger.

How does exactly Trample work?

Read the Newbie FAQ. http://www.shrapnelgames.com/cgi-bin...;f=74;t=002068

It discusses Trampling.

Weapons are not used to attack, only for purposes of repel.

Well, in FAQ there's written after trample, and THEN do an action, like casting a spell or attacking.

But I've never seen a trampler attaking someone smaller in usual manner.
