Request...
I just want to request that you put the guides that come with dominions 2 on your website, for those of us who either lost them or bought the game without them. Surely this wouldn't be much of a problem. However if it is I have no complaints, I just figured it was worth it to ask.

Re: Request...
Or perhaps you mean, those who *didn't* buy the game without them? From someone who complains both about having no manual and having a non-working CD key, and also claims to have bought the game used, I really seriously doubt you bought it at all.

That's possible? Since the manual is the wrapping, that sounds unlikely. Or where did you "purchase" it from?
For the record, I happened to have buried my manual somewhere, too - yeah, including my cd-key. It happens. *shrug*

Re: Request...
Hmmm....Sounds fishy when people comes to a board asking for the manual, if you ask me. Isn't the 'registration code' attached on the manual? So howcome can you play Dom2 without the it when you bought Dom2 without the manual.

The key is recorded as plain text in a file called key... so it is not totally lost. (If it wasn't, my pages would not have been possible that easy... The apache server cannot exactly enter the CD key )

Re: Request...
I know where to find it, but will that help me when Windows formats my harddrive for me? And don't think I'd write it down before that happens...

Re: Request...
Under the dom2 directory is a file named "key" which you can see with notepad.
