Windows DomMap

Greetings:

At some point there was a compiled Version of DomMap for windows floating around. (I think Arryn used to have a web link to it).

In any case, I was wondering if anyone still had a windows DomMap binary or knew where to get one. (I'd like to run DomMap on my windows machine, but tragically I don't have a C compiler installed at the moment).
