Treelord use?
Treelords have attack 5 and zero defense. Lots of HP, but what good are they?

Re: Treelord use?
give them a good staff and its 4 or 5 per turn for 1 gem (iirc) in battle they absorb a huge amount of attacks but arent worth much offensively..if they aren3 (i forget) have em throw relief

Re: Treelord use?
They aren't worth much, unless you happen to have a pressing need for a nature 4 mage. They are immobile, so they really just sit around.

Re: Treelord use?
I assume you're supposed to summon them in a forest, give 'em a treelords staff, summon up a billion ogres or so, then faery trod around the world taking all the forest provinces with vine creatures. It'd be thematic at least! Hm, can't remember their leadership though, I think it was kinda low, they might need leadership items for ogre leading.

Last time I checked that, I realized that Treelords have only 2 misc slots. So, no staff...

Re: Treelord use?
Geez, so the Treelord can't use a Treelord's staff, and an Ivy King can't use the Ivy King's Crown? I just don't get these things! Well, that makes the Treelord about the most useless high level summon I can think of then, considering you obviously have access to the high nature magic if you're able to summon him at all.... And for a level 7 spell requiring 50 gems??? I think this guy needs an upgrade. Maybe if he awakened 1 ogre/turn for free, and maybe 2/turn for free in a growth 3 province?

Re: Treelord use?
Treelords can't use a treelords staff, because they already have several growing out of them. Ivy kings can't use ivy crowns because they are already wearing them.

Re: Treelord use?
Well.
Effectively they'ren't worth the 50 gems since they cannot move, have only 2 misc slot, are fire vulnerable and have only a poor leadership.
If they could lead troops, you can at least faerie trod with them some army. I discovered that in the lone game I tried to summon them.
