A program or web site that provides semi-realtime desktop news for WinXP? I've tried a few different sites with the Active Desktop feature, but that uses the Synchronization Manager, which most sites don't like. (I'm sure there's more news than the standard Robots.txt file gives me.
) I'm looking for something that I can use for local news as well as national/international news.
TIA for any pointers you can give me.
