Current PC Gamer (Feb 2004) article on Shrapnel
Just got my Feb PCG (kind late) and noticed there is a multi-page article on Shrapnel Games.

Annette,
Are you replacing Richard?
I was a little confused by your profile...
"Customer Support Manger"

OOops...am I a really a "manger"? I'll correct that
I handle the customer support center. I've been surfing the forums a bit more than usual lately as Richard's been tied up with other projects and isn't here as much as he'd like to be.

Yep, a very cool article!
I wonder where Richard is today? Not at the office, I hope.
It would've been nice to have all this snow Last month around this time, but better late than never I suppose. Days like this were made for gaming... Ahhh...

Actually, Richard is in Ohio. I think it's a balmy 35 degrees there today.

Zen, you make me blush. Hey, did you guys see the fellow in Columbus on the news tonight who got buried by not one, but two snowplows? I think that may have been Richard...
