Umm... you can fire weaponry if you have no supply components but you have a quantum reactor. Ships with a quantum reactor do not have a 0, they have infinite supplies, just like a base or a satellite.

Correct...soon to be corrected. I focused on other areas and neglected my ship and fleet training centers this time. Not sure how I managed to do that, but I did. Got the tech for it late Last night so I'll be building a few when I get back to the game tonight and hopefully things will start going better. Otherwise having a slugfest like this would be fun with a human opponent but against the AI it will quickly get boring.

Oops. You are correct Fyron; it looks like I have confused no supply with no supply storage (you need one supply to operate components without supplies, but you do not need storage to use the Quantum Reactor, contrary to what I stated).

Some of the TDM Mod Pack races are very good at remakeing the galaxy map to their liking. Some other ones also use star destroyers -- but they're kinda random in selecting what star to nuke.

The AI open holes to systems that has not scouted yet... And usually open the hole from an empty system or a system where has not planets.
