Cloud Trapeze question

Hi,

I thought I understood the mechanics of cloud trapeze/teleport and other spells of that sort but now am not sure.

If I teleport or cloud trapeze a commander into a province and I also move an army into the province, will there be 2 battles? I thought it worked like this:
1) cloud trapeze spell occurs
2) battle between cloud trapeze-d commander and the enemy army in the province
3) regular movement occurs
4) battle between regular moving army and the enemy army in the target province

So, 2 battles would occur. Is this correct or is there only one battle in the province?

Yes and no: A second battle will only occur if the cloud trapezed commanders fail to conquer the province or-and if some enemy is simultaneously moving armies normally into that province...

Another peculiarity to remind are sneaking commanders which are already located in the target province and which are ordered to attack on the same turn: They will attack at 2) together with the friendly units that are cloud trapezing (or teleporting) in to attack.

Why do you ask? You're not up to something nasty against me in that common game of ours?
