What happens first during turn execution?
Ok, so in a game I'm in, I'm completing the building of a system gravitational shield facility, and at the same time am trying to close a warp point. This is a PBW game, and so it's simultaneous. So here's the question: If I ordered the ship to close the warp point, would that happen BEFORE the grav shield facility was built, or would the grav shield facility be built, and prevent the closing of the warp point? This is a fairly important question, as closing this WP will prevent my attacker from getting into one of my key (and nearly unprotected) systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
