Charlie Foxtrot are the military abbreviation for CF which is short for Cluster ****, it means when someone who had no clue what they were doing was placed in charge of someone who did and the result was a MAJOR screwup of epic proportions.

I was just wondering you had some use for the USS, but since you don't I guess one of the other stated meanings will do.

As far as being upset about your "dishing it out" I am not. You can "dish it out" all you want. I think your post there, and here says enough about the subject that I have nothing to be upset about.
