Need some help
Space Empires IV gold: Star Trek Mod is having a problem.
Does anyone know how to fix the scanline error that appears during battle? I sure don't but would like to know.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but people will be able to help you a lot more if you give the problem some context. As in, is this Gold 1.91?, what version of STM?, does it occur every combat?, how big is the combat?

It is version 1.91 gold. It is the newst version of STM. it occurs every combat after one turn. It was only to frigates going one on one.

Sounds like you don't have the Combat Pack of the Image Mod installed.

Scanline error during the middle of combat?
Almost certainly the combat pack.
http://imagemodserver.mine.nu/other/...mbatpack10.zip
Just extract it to your SE4\Pictures\Combat folder.
It will overwrite the existing pictures (torps.bmp and beams.bmp), but be assured that it is 100% backwards compatible.

Sucide Junkie is correct. YOU NEED TO UDPATE YOUR IMAGE MOD COMBAT PACK. I have stated this in the Star Trek thread when we first encountered the problem.
While your at it, update all of your Image Mod packs.

Thanks guys, I have the new planet, Facility, and the componet packs i did not know that i needed the combat one to. I will update you if it fixes the problem
