i cowork currently at a new version of "The Tome" and need to contact some peoples because i want to use some of their work. However i was unable to found them in the Shrapnel boards.

It's a massive document that is meant to gather all or at least most of the community-originated documentation into one giant compilation. A bit unwieldy, or at least the first version was, but could be useful if done right. Keeping it up to date will be a ***** and half, though.

On a related note, the Unit DB has been updated, and the new version is available from Arryn's site. Oceanian units now have correct stats and all of them are in there, and the gold and resource costs for R'lyeh freespawn hybrids are also listed so that upkeep can be calculated.
