An after thought : let's say the cottage chesse counter acted the detrimental affects of the fat laden soup. It sounds good to me.

But what if he explodes? Is reminded of that Dexter's Lab Episode where he has wind
Although it is breakfast time here now, I had some strange soft pasta, cheese grated on top and some toasted tea cakes for some reason last night whilst watching Devils Advocate

Well I had cottage cheese and some super fat concentrated soup from Safeway that in retrospect perhaps I should not have eaten given how much fat per serving it has and I ate the whole thing. (30gram per serving X six servings.) Been nice knowing you all.

180 grams of fat in a single meal!? And then the cottage cheese on top of that... yikes! That's truly scary. 1,800 calories is very nearly the whole daily calorie requirement for a normal person (2,000 per day for an 'average' size person of 150 pounds). Depending on how much cottage cheese you had it could easily have been a whole day's calories. And you didn't feel sick from eating this much? If you keep eating like that it certainly will affect your health in the long term.
Current recommendations are that we have only 30 percent of our total calories from fat, that would be 60 grams or 600 calories total in a day's food.

Why do you think America is known for being fat lazy slobs?
My most common dinner is a chicken TV dinner, or a chicken sandwich. Heavily spiced, no food posioning for me.

Re: OT: What are you having for supper?
Cube steak with fresh garlic, onion, pepper. The meat was soaked in Wosheisher sause for two hours, then added the garlic onion and pepper. I added some more sause to it before it went in, besides the meat I had Fresh mashed potatoes, again some garlic, onion and pepper, and fresh chives(sp), olive oil. Fresh Corn on the Cob, o and fresh salad with Onions and Italin dressing.
For dessert I had Fresh Blueberry Pie with Ice cream and choclate topping.
I made most of this food too, so good.

Re: OT: What are you having for supper?
Today I had nothing for supper besides a little bit of milk. Haven't eaten since noon.
