Default Dominions III : tracklist.

Hi,

This thread's goal is to elaborate the Dominions III's "ideal" tracklist. If it's already recorded, well, this post will be quite useless.

We know that Falsobordone will perform it, so it's better to suggest songs matching their style (i.e. no metal ).

For my own, I'd like to hear in Dom3 the Song of the sybil. I think this song is quite thematic with Dominion. And I've always liked this song (not only because I've lived some years in Catalonia of north ). I've discovered it with the Dead can Dance release, but my favorite is this one (2. Sibil-La Provencale), it sounds really great with eastern sounds :

(It's cheaper in other merchants. ).

Well, It's up to you.

Which songs or pieces would fit with Dom III ?

The one in Dom II...I've identified the song with the game now.

is it "Santa Maria amar"? There was a thread about the lyrics, and they're quite interesting...

(I had my GF write about the stuff at the end of the thread)

Yes, it's "Santa Maria amar". The CD can be ordered here (Cantigas de Santa Maria).

In Scandinavia the borders between folk, metal and opera are often very blurred, a lot of bands play music combining 2 or 3 of the styles in various degrees. So I wouldn't be surprised to find some hybrid tracks in Dom3, even though Falsobordone leans more toward mediterranean music than to the nordic folk or german or russian classical music which seems to be more common amongst the bands playing in the fused genres...

I don't want FalsoWhatever, or how they call themselves now ..
Compagnia della lauda, Svanevit or Dråm ??!?

I want Gjallarhorn. Especially the song "Blaken" ...
