Scroll speed

Is there anyway to slow down the scoll speed and unit movement in winSPWW2? The "]" key used to do it, but it doesn't seem to work anymore.

UPDATE: Nevermind, I found it. It's on the MISC tab of the startup menu for anyone else who was wondering.

Great job on the game. I ordered my CD the other day from NWS-online.
