Gamestop in Lennox Center2160 N Coit Rd
 Richardson, TX 75080
 (972) 699-7711

NE corner of Coit and Campbell
The people there had never heard of it, but found out about it on the computer. They talked very confidently, but I was seriously reserving judgement. It came in though, so something worked right.

SEV arrived today from Gamestop and was waiting for me when I got home, so I can personally confirm the early release date for EB Gamestopware, Etc. It's now installed, so excuse me if I don't spend any more time on this post. |

If only that were true. North American Free Trade Agreement is subject to tariffs and duties whenever one side feels like it. Take a look at how the US decided to screw Canada over with our US exports, such as lumber and beef recently. NAFTA is meaningless, since it's violated whenever either side wants to. Duties and tariffs are charged all the time when it shouldn't be.Quote:

 | Maybe for industrial-scale stuff like that, but I've ordered retail goods from Canada before - including PC software - and never had any duty charged. |

I have been looking for it in stores around here but cannot seem to find it. Hell the store employees don't even know what I am talking about. That is depressing to say the least.
NAFTA is evil. A canadian firm sued the US because we banned the chemcial they used to sell to CA oil companies because while it did lower emitions, it also contaminated the water supply. Go figure.

 | On Saturday I used the Gamestop web site to check store availability, and of the 20 or so Gamestop or EB stores within 30 miles none had it and only 3 or 4 were showing it "on the way". I called the closest one, and they said that they actually carry very few PC games and only get the ones expected to be big sellers (which pretty much rules out TBS outside the Civ franchise, eh?).

So, I called Gamestop & ordered it with overnight delivery. Shipped UPS overnight yesterday, arrived in town at "zero-dark-thirty" today, and I should have it in hand tonight! |

Re: SE5: It\'s out and yet it\'s not
Just got an email confirmation from Ebgames.com - Its been shipped and should be here in Boston today! Woot!
I called the local ebgames on Friday, they said it was supposed to be in the store that day, but it had not been shipped to them yet, didn't know why.

Oh well, I'll be playing it tonight, so, Woot!

Re: SE5: It\'s out and yet it\'s not
I hope SE5 is worth it, as i just ordered it from Gamestop for $99.98 (with shipping fees to Brazil), and customs taxes of another another $49.99 in a total of $149.97...
If the brazilian customs works as always, in around 3 or 4 months i will receive the game... by them i hope the patches released make it a better game than the demo...

 Got it...
Useless Parcel Service delivered it to the wrong address & I had to hunt it down in the 'hood.
