Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
I can't connect to the server, is it just me or is it effecting other players as well?

Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
I don't believe that Atlantis is still playing, since I'm sieging his only remaining province. I'm just reluctant to turn people to the AI since it can't be undone.

Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
Marignon has underestimated the tenacity of it's northern neighbor Midgard. The glamoured nation blitzkrieged to our capitol and began the process for siege. They easily defeated a several hundred plus army of blessed fanatics and all hope is lost.
The few remaining leaders of Marignon that survived the attempted breakout have gathered all the valuables they can carry and have fled the capital to the neighboring nation of Patala in hopes of political refuge.
Regards,
Marignon

Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
any chance we can have a slightly longer hosting schedule for the sake of those of us living in US of A until after thanksgiving (2 days from now)? Something like 96 hour quickhost rather than 48 (just until the weekend).

Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
Hadn't read st.patrik's post, but I _think_ it just quickhosted when I uploaded my turn about an hour ago. 47 hours left on the clock - think his nation (Jomon?) got this turn in, plenty of time to change the clock to 96 which then gives people until ... Monday to get their next turn in?

Re: Late Age Game, Random Map, Victory Points
The server will be going down for a few hours this weekend, while I repartition the windows drive and reinstall Win98. I'll also implement the turn emails at the same time, as they require a server shutdown to get the new --postexec commands to work. Expect a delay from a few hours to a day before the server comes back up.
I will also be starting another set of games next week. Look for the announcements coming soon.
