Re: New Races Preview
The H one is Hevordah, isn't it? Upgrading them for the neo-standard would be a good idea.
I also like the L, B and M in that order. The T may need more windows or something.

Re: New Races Preview
Very nice. I like the M the best. Then B, L, T and H in order.
T has some interesting shape potential, but I agree it needs more windows.
The segments of the L design present some interesting possiblities for a whole shipset. Different numbers, sizes, arrangements of round segments.

Re: New Races Preview
I like the T without more windows; it looks like the edges need a little smoothing, and maybe the perspective is a little off, but the shape is interesting.
I also like the window effects in the other sets; it sorta looks like pinpoints of light under the skin of the ship.
My final verdict: in order, I like the T, then M, L, H and B. I put B Last because it looks too similar to one of the stock races (I forget which one). I agree that the L ship looks to be the easiest to build a set around, as it looks the most modular. But I like the colors on the M ship better; that purple for the L is a little distracting.

Re: New Races Preview
Very nice Chewy, wish I could do that.
In order:
M = I am in love!
B = Nice, maybe less fins? Thants just me.
T = Nice, more windows.
L = Good
H = Not crazy about the shape.

Re: New Races Preview
The leftmost support for the wing section looks a bit rough (at least on my monitor); after looking at it for a while, most of the other edges are fine; I just wasn't thinking about the edges being curved instead of straight. It may also be the pattern making things look rougher than they are.
I'd also make the part that's projecting out the front a bit wider; it looks more like a rudder at the moment. Oh, and I figured out why I thought the perspective was wrong: the supports on the left half of the wing look like you're seeing them head-on, but I don't think that half of the wing would appear head-on, judging by perspective in the rest of the picture.
In any case, it's a lot better than I can do
I look forward to the finished product...

Re: New Races Preview
I think they all look good. Looks like they will fit well with the rest of the SEIV shipsets too.
I think T looks fine the way it is. Don't add more windows! It will screw the ship up! This one is by far my favorite.
On the top and bottom two spheres with spikes it looks as though the spheres and the supports they connect to are not fully connected.
L looks good. Can't find anything wrong with it.
H looks very good. It has an interesting shape and some sections that the design of is hard to catch. Very good.
