Default Loemendor Dom III version

Hello everybody. Here's an updated version of the Loemendor map for Dom III.

For those of you who played the Dom II version, the changes I made are relatively minor: changed many of the Mountain provinces into Border Mountains, added one Deep Sea province, changed a lot of the preset sites into already discovered, and did some tweaking of the defenders and possible starting provinces.

For people not yet acquainted with the map, here's a brief description: It's a map with 157 provinces, with a 142/15 split. I recommend 5-8 players with a absolute maximum of one sea nation. The map is based on my own homebrew roleplaying world, and has a number of "specials", provinces with preset sites and/or defenders. I don't make any claims to its balance in MP, especially the version with the specials. The special sites and defenders are thematic, and though I have tried to balance them, again, I make no promises for MP.

A no-specials version of the map is also included.

Ah, so you got that one ready. I was wondering how far along it was.

For those who are not familiar with this map, it is IMHO one of the better maps around. You CAN'T go wrong with this one and it's perfect for a multislayer game with the recommended number of people.

*NEW MAP FILE*

It recently came to my attention that the map file contained a rather embarrassing if harmless bug. The title of the map showed up in the game as "The Land of Loemendor (test)", which is of course due to my forgetfulness. Anyway, the map specs are all correct, and it is NOT a test map even though the title would have you think that. So, I fixed the title in the map file. I also took the chance to make a small change and fixed H'Ruegar's tendency of occasionally dying of old age.

I replied to you... or at least I think I did, twice even. Still, my private messages show "sent messages: 0". If you received them great, if not, let me know and I'll try again, or use some other method of communication.

You have to remember to check the box "I want to keep a copy of this message", otherwise the sent-box stays empty.

Thx Kaljamaha, this map is great!
Nice colour and enought good defensive positions to hold vs multiple nations. The size is perfect for an interresting but not endless game. The specials are also very nice. A must have imho
