Re: Error Loading
The Game Options programme has failed. Never seen that ever before.
Things that would be nice to know:
What machine characteristics (Operating System, Processor, RAM, Video Card etc.)
Have you installed all the patches and in the correct order?
Where does the error occur - immediately on entry to or after trying to do something in the GameOptions programme?.
Does the intro splash screen play?
I would firstly remove the game, then reinstall after you have done a scandisk check on your hard drive to check for errors (You may have installed over a bad disk cluster perhaps?).
Cheers

Re: Error Loading
Nothing worked, so I just use the winSPMBT as the target and it works just fine.

Re: Error Loading
Does the intro splash screen play?.
If not - it may be a DirectPlay problem with your machine (CODECS or such). In which case - go to the CamoGame.ini file in /Game Data and edit (in a text editor - not Word the
;Skip (0) or Show (1) the introductory splash movie
ShowIntro=1
Setting to not display the intro (ShowIntro=0)
Cheers

Re: Error Loading
And have you done the ini file edit as outlined above, or done the previously suggested disk scan?
Can you start any of the utility programmes like Mobhack, Scenhack, Campaignhack etc?.
And could you supply the asked-for system information please.
Cheers

Re: Error Loading
I did the .ini
nothing worked.
I even tried SPww2 ini with mbt, nothing.
I have deleted and will try new d/l soon.
I would like to see a d/l for complete v3.5.

Re: Error Loading
You said you tried the spww2 ini - does this mean you can run WinSPww2 OK?.
If you can run one game launcher programme but not the other - that's really strange, as they are almost identical (bar links, images etc).
The only real differences I can think of are as stated before - you may have a bad disk sector or lost clusters(In which case the disc scan should clear that up).
I take it you can launch the utility programmes (Campaignhack etc) fine - these are all Borland C++ Windows programmes, just like the GameOptions loader (Mobhack is Borland Delphi).
Cheers

In which case, MBT should as well since it is the same technology. I am stumped as to why you should therefore have any problems with MBT, I am afraid.
Cheers
