Hmm Had a little set back there. Turn two was hit with brigands causing unrest in my capitol despite my fortune 3. Relly brought down my gold there for a while. We have recoved nicely I think.

Err, Oceania has staled 4 out of 9 turns, the last 3 turns in a row.

I'm with IndyPendant and FAJ. I don't think he's going to show up. If there's a volunteer who can take over, that's great, but otherwise I think setting Oceania to AI is best.
