Re: T\'ien-Ch\'i still stands!
More news of the world: T'ien-Ch'i would like to announce that for the second time, we have destroyed Man in his futile attempt to take our home province from us.
This time, Man has lost over two hundred archers, knights, fliers, and vine men and ogres. That is in addition to losing a hundred or more units the last time he tried. And failed miserably that time as well.
All for the loss on my side of...a bunch of birds. Plus a dozen or so archer chaff, and I think 2-4 useful leaders. (Maybe; hard to tell.) I even recovered most of the items lost when my kitted-out Immortal heroes died!
Can't wait for more of Man's minions to die on our swords in Round Three! Bring it!
(I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever be kicked out of the game, at this rate. ; )

Heh,
So the feeble Tie Chi is begining to see that the cowardly razing all of their lands and killing all their own population before any decisive battles at all was a great folly and idiocy in its highest peak. But you are wellcome to recover

Hmm...are you implying then that your catastrophic defeats have left you vulnerable to a counterattack?

Extension for FAJ
Can we please delay this turn for FAJ?
That way he'll only have staled once. He posted that he'd be away for a week, but to a different thread:
http://www.shrapnelcommunity.com/thr...&Number=583190
This is a small group of nations already and I'd hate to see FAJ go AI because of a bunch of stales. I'm sure he can handle the one time he staled.

Re: Extension for FAJ
vfb asked me to postpone by 48 hours. I went crazy and postponed it by 60, just to be on the safe side.

Re: Extension for FAJ
Thanks llamabeast!
From FAJ's post, it looks like he may have found a sub for this game, but his turn just didn't get done, and he was about to stale again.

Re: Extension for FAJ
what? i'm subbing - i missed one turn due to email delays - thought it would get in in time, as it was w/in 3 hrs of the 3 hr notice, but clearly the times were a bit off. turn 49 was submitted last night... why is there a delay? This turn was submitted well before the deadline - in no way was I about to stale.
please reinstate the normal schedule unless there is some real reason

Re: Extension for FAJ
Oh, that's good! Thanks for subbing for FAJ.
In FAJ's 'request for sub' thread (linked above), it's impossible to tell whether or not he actually managed to get you to sub for him or not.
He had staled once, and there was something like 6 hours left on the timer. I was about to go to bed, FAJ is actually the admin for this game, and I think llamabeast is in England. So, to prevent a second stale, I had to request an extension when I did.
I've got no idea why Ulm has not submitted orders yet.

Re: Extension for FAJ
(Edit: Ah well. Looks like it wasn't quite as good as I thought. See the post below.)
