This bug can occur during SP or MP games even when all players are perfectly patched with the correct version. To investigate and fix the issue we'll need to find a ways of reproducing the bug... then we can answer why it happens and possibly get it fixed.

Well, I can send my turn file to devs, if that could be of any help.

I will try to send my next one in. It happens to me more frequently since the last patch (every instance has been SP).

Yes this would help if you have the turn file before the issue occurs and thus hosting the turn reproduces the issue.
