Question

How to Change Victory Conditions

I am playing a SP game and chose "Cumulitive" victory points instead of just "victory points". Is there any way to change the victory condition to plane "victory points" without restarting the game? (I can use a hex editor but have no idea where the change would be needed in the save game files.)
