After the usual inputs from
Sicut Leones, I'm posting the following considerations:
1) The current picture (PM16167) of the 65/17 SPA(unit 058), actually should be the Lancia 3Ro equipped with the 100/17 gun.
The picture currently used for the Lancia 3Ro 100/17(and for many others truck mounted weapons), is a Lancia 3Ro equipped with an MG or an AT rifle (I didn't recognize it).
I suggest to replace the Lancia 3Ro 100/17 (unit 527) picture with the PM16167.
The SPA 65/17 can be probably referred as the captured Morris CS equipped with the 65/17 gun. Some pictures of this vehicle can be found at the following links (but I don't know if there are copyrigth problems using one of them in winspww2):

2) The image of the M13/40 (Unit004, PM290) seems to be an M13/40 used for telemetry operation only (the lens are the rounded things in the turret).
It's equipped with the usual amount of MGs and a fake (probably wooden) main gun.
See here for few details (in italian sorry!):

A good image for the M13/40 could be the specular version of the PM279 (specular becouse the lateral hatch actually were on the left side).
In the web there are several good images of this tank and, again, if there aren't copyright problems, you can use one of them.
