Good News! Laptop works and Dominions is installed!
Bad News! Haven't gotten the internet to work on it yet. I'll try again tomorrow, at which point I'll need to download maps and patches and turn files again. However, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I was working on it... I have next to nothing for my clam farms to use those gems for without astral on my pretender (or on someone else... I figured why not my pretender?), so I started using the pearls to empower him... unfortunately I didn't get very high before what we are now calling "the treacherous backstabbing yokels unfortunately successful offensive."

The remaining nations of the land should disregard the latest propaganda broadcast from the Niefelheim capitol. Marverni publicly made lame excuses for war against Niefelheim prior to our attack. There was no treachery or backstabbing involved. We do admit to a fair amount of yokels taking part though!
Our economy is now much improved, and we have no need for further expansion. I would hope to receive courtesy similar to that which I extended to Niefelheim, should other nations set their hungry eyes on my lands.
