Summon Storm Power only works when a Storm is cast first, and Summon Water Power only works underwater. Earthpower and Phoenix Power work everywhere.

Good find. Pity it wasn't found earlier, the spell description (at least in the manual) should have been more clear.

Correction:- Phoenix Power does not work underwater.
