Re: Lapis MA CBM Running 7/16 Players left
Had a most interesting fight. One of my characters got assailed by an Agarthan under the waves.
The Agarthan was tooled up to rip my water dweller, and real good too. Tooled up to the teeth.
But no worries, the AI decided to ovverride my scripted orders, and it did well. Freezing in the opponent it took an eternity to close on to my side. Of course in the end my toon fainted from exhaustion of repeating the spell over and over. Of course the opponent fainted too then, gaining nice fatigue from the cold. Both woke up, the Agarthan closing in with the speed of a snail in tar (as he was freezed up all the time). Both fainted. Both woke up. Both fainted. Repeat ad nauseum. Finally, the Agarthan was *almost* in range to deliver the killer blow, and then the 50 turn limit hit.
Baalz, thanks for the gear you left on the field, again

Re: Lapis MA CBM Running 7/16 Players left
Dang. I have just returned from hospital where I was for a knee surgery. They had promised I would get back yesterday, but then decided to keep me there for a boring night. With two games to complete for submitting a turn, I wouldn't really manage to get a single one in with a proper turn. I hope you don't mind me if I postpone for 24 hours - the lengthy games/turns take their toll, but I still enjoy 'em - hope you will as well, even with that delay.

Merry Monkeys of Bandar Log demand Agartha to hand over the infidel mage who dared to cast Arcane Nexus, or be destroyed by the Anti-Agarthan Alliance, hereinafter just AAA.

Re: Lapis MA CBM Running 7/16 Players left
Not only has it come to the attention of Pythian researchers that an Arcane Nexus affects life expectency of baby kittens negatively, justifying the resistance of any good-hearted human being (* scaly neighbours included as well as monkeys due to their pre-Pythian stage of development), but the continued above ground brewing of the infamous Agarthan "Pale Ale" is responsible for 47% of the global air pollution, which clearly demands immediate action.

Re: Lapis MA CBM Running 7/16 Players left
The war with the merry monkeys was a near fatal mistake for C'tis. The advisors who suggested that war have been eaten.
The lizards are pleased to see others have also found the truth: Agartha is evil. C'tis is very happy at how well our AA alliance began the counterattack.
C'tis would kindly like to ask Agarthan teleporting/flying super-combatants to *not* litter the land with various bits of gear anymore. The lizards have dutifully carried all things found to the vaults of C'tis, and the vaults are about to explode now. To add insult to injury, lizards can not eat the rocky bodyparts, and they are starting to become a serious enviromental problem

While we are at it, I'd like a 24-hours extension. I wont be able to plan my turn during the WE.

You're not asking for 21.00, but for a three days delay, correct? Just not to postpone for too long.

Re: Lapis MA CBM Running 6/16 Players left
Nah, we are not, believe me. Pythium is having a hard time right now, his pretender having a semi-permanent knee affliction, but he's working on the turn already.
It's just in-time delivery (bad enough if something happens to interrupt you, I know), but I'm getting/reading thread notifications as well, as you can see
