I give up: please help me with construction files

Hi all.

I've been trying several times to create something effective with the AI_construction file but from little to none effect.
I have two races requing good construction files for both SEIV and SEIVG - the Taera Hive Imperium and Empire of TechnoLogic. All other AI files are understandable for me, but this one....

anyone willing to spare a little of their time to create something of that kind??

Was it the Facilities or Vehicles file that you were having trouble with?
Any of the modpack files should provide a good base for your races. Be careful though that some races (eg my Klingons) have files influenced by racial characteristics (eg Natural Merchants means no need to build spaceports).
