Well I wasn't planning to attack anyone at the moment. But I figured when Psycho started saying I was going to be punished and that he wants help from the other two nations that he was planning to attack me. If I misunderstood then fine I don't mind staying neutral for the time being.
Anyway I was hoping we wouldn't have to hash all this out on the forum but it's inevitable now. Pyscho has sent me about a dozen PM’s in the last few days. In the first few he just started ordering me around. Then, when I tell him I plan to stay neutral for the time being he suddenly starts to claim that I have inherited a promise to “continue attacking vanheim until they are defeated.” He starts talking about how he gave up a castle and all these provinces in order to secure this promise.
I’m skeptical of what he is saying for a couple reasons:
1) AoE’s forum post that stated he was browbeat into making peace and agreed just to get psycho to “shut up”
2) The fact that Psycho didn’t mention this alleged promise until like his 5th or 6th message.
I’m also skeptical because what he is saying doesn’t seem consistent with the history in the score graph. So I ask him to state exactly what Mictlan received in exchange for this promise and when it was given.
He said that the deal was made “exactly” five turns ago and:

Okay so that would be six provinces, 115, 106, 109, 97, 96, and 86. Not counting the three provinces I raided from vanheim (which I didn’t include above either), I have 24 provinces now. Five turns ago I had 26. In fact I’ve had 26 for pretty much the entire game except a short time when I held about 6 of pan’s current provinces. So I started with 26 and then Psycho gave me 6 more and I ended up with a total of 24????
So was he just lying or does he really believe that it’s possible to “give” someone provinces they already have and have had for a long time? Regardless, it seems to me that the only thing AoE got out of this alleged deal is what he said in his forum post, for Pyscho to stop browbeating him and to “shut up.”
Well, I return that to you. You have my blessing to browbeat as much as you want.
