 Is this the one that 'fixes' fear being blocked by shields?  That's going to have huge metagame effects.
 Otherwise, its a useful patch for modders since the number of spellslots is going up dramatically.  Yay.

 Everyone seems to have parts they like.   
I expect to see some games started just because of the "no nations info" working again.

 |  I'm not sure either, but it COULD be a limitation as to WHICH units can be targeted by GoR! And if so I suppose it's directed at tartarians. And perhaps the most powerful SC wishes too?
 
Non GoR:able tartarians would be a welcome and interesting change I think.

 * Version 3.26
 * Reverted:  Battles caused by random events are now resolved at the end of the  random event step. This should fix any problems with barbarians  attacking a sieging army due to bad luck.
 * Modding: new command #heretic.
