 maybe it is because i have only played PBEM before, but none of my commands got executed this turn. do i have to send my turn somehow? i assumed i just have to plan them, then press "e". am i missing something? |

 Hmmm well you need to connect to the server and then press end turn,what else you can do is to connect to the server,So that the game downloads the recent turn, then play your turn not online and then log back in so that it can update your turn.

 We've been experiencing this bug a few times in this game.  A few people got nailed toward the start, I had it happen a few turns ago, and now you I guess.    
No idea as to the cause.  Did it give you any weird messages?  When this bug happens, there's a message about an outdated turn file or something.
