I tried to play it with a Win7 Tablet that i had (sold it a few weeks ago) but it was unplayable because of the lack of arrow keys...

The tablet had physical arrow keys on the side. It was possible, just not very fun, a button on the side of the stylus acted as a right click.

Doesn't it have a "virtual keyboard" on screen you can use?? |

Not a dumb question. Windows 7 puts a small virtual keyboard that can be hidden on the screen. To use it in Dominions, you have to play the game in windowed mode. Ultimately, trying to use a stylus and the on screen keyboard makes game play too slow and not very fun. Turns take long enough as it is!
